Advantages: Cheaper than chips, easy to use and works well
Disadvantages: Not that reliable, not very attractive

number of jug blenders, however there was a Tesco own brand for about £20, a Tesco value model for £9.78ish and then I saw the Pacific PB7001 for £9.28, I noticed on the price sign this item was 'discontinued'. At such a bargain price I would resist, when I went to Asda later the same week this same blender was selling off for £7.00 but what they hey. I went to Tesco at the weekend and this item is now selling off for £7.97. When I got the blender home I quickly unpacked it, there is nothing particularly interesting in the box. The blender is composed of a large jug with a capacity of nearly 2 litres, a lid with a feeding hole, a washable hole cover, a base unit with wired lead and fused plug and a special key which allows you to remove the blades. Give Castle Lodge the Dodge

Advantages: A historical building
Disadvantages: disappointing and spoilt by the owners

; a couple more items that really, really disappointed me were the no entry areas; I was totally gob smacked by what I saw, on one section you had a couple of breeze blocks and a big piece of card with no entry written on it, another section you had a plastic garden chair and a big white sheet hanging up with no entry written on it, how tacky is that. ~~History ~~ There is not a lot of information on this building when I did my research by I will share with you the little bits that I found, firstly Castle Lodge was originally built in the 13th Century, but it was later rebuilt in the 16th Century. The arched doorway appears to be from the original lodge dating back to the 13th century (the Normans did like their arches). Review of Castle Lodge, Ludlow

Shaving's a breeze!

Advantages: No need for extra shaving gel! Close shave, so easy to use, and soft skin.
Disadvantages: The blades are expensive, but this goes for any blades.

I used to own the Gillette Venus razor, just the 'plain jane' one, not one of the more fancy types they have now that vibrate or have 1 million blades a strip of something silky and soft. However when the Venus Breeze came out I was immediately interested in it. This razor was different. Instead of having to buy your usual shaving foam, the razor itself has a built in shave gel bar. A brilliant idea! When I bought the Gillette Venus Breeze razor it was on offer in Boots for half price, along with the blades. This razor's full price is £7.82 in Boots, I paid about £4 for mine, back before the VAT cut. Not bad for a Gillette Venus razor, the other types also cost between the £5-£8 mark. You don't need to buy the Gillette Venus Breeze handle though to use the blades, if you already own a Gillette Venus razor, then simply buy the Breeze ...
