Advantages: Knowing that you have back-up in a foreign country Disadvantages: Not always that organised!
...I went on a 6 week programme to South India on a teaching project organised through teaching Abroad. It cost me £995, not including visa or flights. I got a flight for £600. So from the outset it wasn't a cheap trip!
The team in England were helpful, always answering my emails and calling me back the next day, so i felt pretty confident that I would be looked after. however my placement details were changed twice before I got there, which unnerved me a little.

Advantages: deal with sean and you have plenty Disadvantages: er...none
...ive been using dial a flight for 3 years now... always dealing with sean... and only sean!
i cant big him up enough!!!
he is friendly, helpful, and his prices are beyond compare... if you tell him a price you have been quoted, he will beat it... ill almost guarantee it.
i now consider him a "friend", we chat about girlfriends etc and he is a genuinely nice man, one whom im happy to deal with, and will do again.
price wise, he has consistently beaten the best quotes i or my friends have been quoted ( last time by £130!)
i only ever deal with sean, other operators seem to only want my money, whatever the cost, but sean seems to care, a BIG thing in todays ever hassle filled life
i have never had a problem with dial a flight... once my name was spelt wrongly, but one phone call to sean and it all was sorted. no problem at the airport...

However, N I Railways must ensure that for the short term anyhow (the next 7 to 10 years), that they keep all existing lines and assets, and develop them to their full capacity so that they continue to have a good case for more funding...
