Seefeld is an ideal centre for driving or non-driving holidays there are Post bus links to other towns in the Tirol and a regula direct rail service to Innsbruck and Munich, eith Innsbruck Airport only a 2o - 30 minute road journey away..

Seefeld has everything you will want from a holiday centre, lots of shopping, Hotels, Self Catering, Rail Station, Swimming Pools, Cable Cars, Vernicular Railway, Horse Drawn buggies, Chair Lifts, walking, ski jumps, all sorts of ski runs from novice to black runs, para gliding, horse riding, mountain biking, coach excursions, plus a whole lot more, once you've been to Seefeld you will want to return..it is probably the most lively centre in the Austrian Tirol..apart from possibly St Anton which I will write about later..

Advantages: wide range of activities all year round Disadvantages: no summer skiing
cover charges, whilst those that don?t can be quite pricey for drinking in. If you are short of cash then a supermarket fuelled pre-going out session is well worth it, especially if you typically drink spirits. For the more adventurous, a quick hop over the border to Seefeld and you can go to the casino, which is one of the twelve casinos run by Austrian state monopoly Casinos Austria. For information about the casino including special packages of dinner and gaming chips, see the link below.
