...We visited Evi Studios, Rhodes in the resort of Pefkos during the October half term break. We stopped for one week and travelled with Airtours. Unfortunatley I cannot remeber how much we paid exactly, but it was definatley under £1000 for a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children.
We arrived at approximatley 01:00am and were showed to the room by the rep from the coach, as it wasn't a 24 hour reception.
THE ROOM
We were in a two bedroomed apartment with one bathroom, adults in one room, kids in the other. The rooms and utensils were very basic but it had everything that you needed. We had a two ring hob but this heated up very slowly and as we had no kettle, you had to wait 10 mintues just for a cup of te!

Advantages: Breathtaking scenery Disadvantages: Possible crowds?
..., which was quite atmospheric. We had chosen Ürgüp as our base, it's a small town with a numbers of hotels and restaurants and plenty of shops as well as a market, good for buying provisions for a day's hiking. Ürgüp is right in the Cappadocian landscape, and many of its houses are half built into the rocky hillsides. Upon arrival you will immediately be met by touts who will try to get you to their hotel if you haven't got one arranged, and they will try and book you onto on of their many tours of the region. Relax and don't let yourself be railroaded into anything. We sat in this guy's office while he extolled about the sights and which tours we absolutely had to sign up for, and then walked away to our hotel, refreshed from a much needed cup of tea, and full of ideas about the must-see spots!
