of Mykonos and the sea beyond, conjuring up images of days gone by.Mykonos View is situated a short distance from the main town, thus offering the perfect combination of quick access to the busy harbour area, security, peace and quiet. Drawing inspiration from traditional Mykonos architecture, we have kept away from the usual design of holiday apartments .Instead, we have created original surroundings and made an atmosphere which is both homely and full of the unexpected, using lively traditional elements and providing modern comforts. At the pool bar you can have delicious cocktails at any time of the day, while at the same time enjoying the endless blue Aegean Sea and a most unforgettable sunset..

Advantages: luxurious, inside town centre, myconian/aegean views, excelent service, friendly stuff Disadvantages: lots of rooms on the back with no views and too much traffic noise
Although I've never stayed as a customer in Belvedere, I can easily give a review for this hotel as it's been lots of times that i visited friends who were staying there (and spent a couple of nights as a guest until I found a room for myself).
As you can see from my other reviews, for the past 14 years, i 've spent most of my holidays on mykonos island, I sometimes visit the island more than twice a year, so i think i can have a clear opinion about the most of its well known bussinesses.
Hotel Belvedere is a very well known bussiness in Mykonos. Most of the times you can meet celebrities staying there, as it offers stylish luxury and it is situated inside the town centre, in a small walking distance from the high standard bars clubs and restaurants.
It offers everything you could expect from a hotel in its category, minibar ...
Advantages: Variety! Beaches, food, people - Greece! Disadvantages: Very hot. Remembering HOW to deal with loo paper
After experiencing another UK Summer, I was inspired to head for Mykonos! I was somewhat intimidated since Mykonos has a reputation for being a young person's place.

And I wanted to hit the beach!
A friend's daughter was working at a nearby resort, so she found me a place to stay and it was unique! It was a traditional Greek cube style cottage, which had been carved into a hillside, so the interior had not only a stone floor ...

I apologize that I’ve putted my op about Mykonos under the section for general info about Greece, but I didn’t know that I could create a sub-category. Sorry again.
To call Mykonos a 'gay island' is like calling San Francisco a 'gay city'. Sure there are gay bars and homosexuality is not hidden, but unless you are looking for it you may not even notice it because above all, Mykonos is a destination for all types of people. From jet setters to college students and families, Mykonos is Greece's most ...
