One of the best memories of the trip of mine around south-east Asia. Sentosa is a magical place and it reminds me something from a fairy tale story. A short coach ride from the city center and up Mount Faber, from there take the cable car which takes you at some points 90 meters above sea level. During the cable car ride you past over the port which is the world busiest and watch the ship go sailing by underneath you. Once you have a great entrance to the island you arrive in Sentosa Island. There you are guaranteed a day of fun. Its a amazing place and different from any theme park in the UK. You can take the mono rail car around the island and get off in the zone of interest. My personal favorite one was the beach, it was lovely, could spend all day there. There are also places to visit and eat. The highlight of the evening was the water and light show. By night Sentosa is like a dream, something out of the movies. If you are lucky to go to Singapore, don't stay in the city, get out to Sentosa!
