Advantages: Inclusion of new Players like Yuvraj and Zahir in the team.

The Headlines on Monday Morning in all Leading Newspapers: India's dismal performance shows it all.... Well India no doubt played well in Nairobi in the ICC knockout trophy.But they went down to NewZealand in the finals.We cant say that India is still a side having players involved in match fixing.The reason is that India didnt perform well on that particular day.In the same way when they were in Sharjah playing against Srilanka and Zimbabwe,we cant say that they played badly,they did perform but not to their mark,and so we went down in the final to Srilanka by a very big margin and this has constituted the lowest ever Indian total.Well some of our friends say that India presently undergoing problems like match fixing is still under the pressure of this "Fixing" stuff.But the present team has a lot of new players like Zahir Khan ...

Maha is so Sweet

Advantages: Nice room, comfortable, clean, well located
Disadvantages: Not cheap, only one restaurant and NO BAR!

Rotana is a chain of hotels in the Middle East. They are quite new and the ones that I have stayed in have been generally clean, efficient. They are not excessively luxurious but certainly comfortable, well furnished and equipped. I would place them at 4 star. There are two Rotana hotels in the Abu Dhabi; one on the beach, and the other one which I was in. It's located in central Abu Dhabi in the commercial and shopping area, a short cab ride from most of the malls and an easy walk to the Corniche seafront. The hotel seems to be offering studio apartment type of accommodation rather than pure hotel, which gives a bit of independece. Om the downside, there is only one simple restaurant, and no bar! The most memorable thing that struck me the first time I stayed, was that the masseuse was Chinese. Honestly. Really. She was. And yes, that was my overriding memory. Not the rooms, the service, the breakfast. But the Chinese masseuse. And it's not because the massage was overwhelming, but just that the hotel was not. But that is not necessarily a bad thing; it does mean that there was nothing memorably bad about the place either. I've stayed here a few more times, as recently as November 2003.
