Sharing my experience of the Sheraton Roma

Advantages: Comfortable hotel - handy for the metro
Disadvantages: Characterless - can be expensive

This year, we mostly went to Italy. We had booked a hotel a little to the south of Rome for a few nights as we wanted to visit places outwith the city but changed our plans for the Saturday night and tried to book a hotel in Rome itself. Not an easy task (at least not on my budget). Oh sure, you can stay in a pit close to Termini station, but not being suicidal, or wishing to part company with my belongings, and always leaving myself the option of swinging a cat should the chance arise, I'm afraid that's not for me. Long story short...after several near things (literally) we ended up booking the Sheraton. The Sheraton isn't in central Rome, it's in the EUR district. This presented no significant problem however. The Strand Palace Hotel

Advantages: Central location, clean
Disadvantages: Food, rooms

We stayed at this hotel in London a little over a month ago now for two nights, we chose this hotel mainly because of the central location and because it was only a ten minuite walk from the show we had booked to go too. Check in was very quick - About ten minuites and the staff at the reception seemed very friendly. My first thoughts on the hotel was that it looked really clean and that it was nicely decorated and it looked modern. I was a little dissapointed with our room as it was very small and basic, our room had a double bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a tv with satellite and a small, basic en suite bathroom with a shower. The views from our room very very poor - A block of offices which made our room dark as they were so close. The hotel has two bars and two resturaunts, the bars were again nicely decorated ...

Good days with Karachi sheraton Hotel

Advantages: Good facilities with execellent services
Disadvantages: A bit expensive comparing to other hotels in Karachi and No clubbing and Pud :(

I stayed in Karachi for like a month but stayed in Sheraton Hotel for only 7 days but still is was fun and relaxing.
