It can satisfy any of a man or woman's needs for a holiday, as it has a health spar, gymnasium and a perfectly kept 9 hole (i think) gold course. I will run you through some of my favourite parts of the resort. .

If god was ever sick of living in heaven, then he would take a break to the algarve. The Sheraton Hotel Pine Cliff Resort in Albufeira is truly the place to be this summer. It can satisfy any of a man or woman's needs for a holiday, as it has a health spar, gymnasium and a perfectly kept 9 hole (i think) gold course. The whole resport is for families, couples or even individuals looking to relax.

I will run you through some of my favourite parts of the resort. .

Bedrooms: There are 215 bedrooms in the hotel. This includes golf suites, luxury suites and joint rooms. I stayed in a joint room. These are 2 connecting room with a door that serparates the two. The rooms are immaculately kept with cleaners that come in every morning around 11o'clock (if you are till asleep they come back a little later, which is a nice touch). When you walk into the room you are greeted with a fantastic beige and white colour scheme which makes the rooms feel so homey. the beds are too comfortable to describe, all i can say is... I WANT 1! There is a television with satellite, so you can still catch eastenders on the weeknights ;-). You are given complementary bath robes and slippers, which are heavenly to wear when you get out of the shower. The basic toiletries are supplied in the bathrooms and changed everyday; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earbuds, hairdryer ect. I didn't use much of it because im a bloke, so i'll leave the hairdryer to the ladies! All the rooms have air conditioning and heating, which can be turned up or down by the flick of the dial. The rooms are activated using a swipe card, which also needs to be used to put the lights on. I can assure you this is very handy because at least you know where your key is!

Breakfast- The breakfast is top motch, could not fault it at all. It is a buffet style layout with a variety of fry ups, fruit, cakes, cereal, omlette (freshly cooked while you wait) and lots more. No limits on how much you eat so just pig out! Breakfast starts at around 9 and finishes at 11.

Pool areas - there are 4 pools situated in and around the resort. there is an indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool and 2 cold outdoor pools. The pools are all so clean, and there is more than enough reclining chairs for everyone.

Bars (my favourite) - There are many bars on the resort but one that i particularly loved. It was called the sunset bar. It opened around 5 in the afternoon, when the sun began to set. It is situated right on the cliff edge overlooking the beach and sea, and is a picturesque place to the see the perfect end to a perfect day. Drinks are not overly priced, and there is a large variety of alcoholic an non.

Staff - 10/10 for politeness. Everyone will fall over backwards just to help you and get what you want. All of them are very good with kids and a pelasure to be around

Resort - the resort is huuuge. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride away from the main town, albufeira, which has some of the nicest restaurants i have ever been in. I recommend you eat out here most nights, as the dinner in the hotel is very expensive.

Everything in the hotel is absoloutely perfect, from staff to bedrooms. A week's holiday, half board is aroun £1,200 per person. It may be expensie but i cannot emphasise how much i enjoyed it. A definate recommendation for this place just to see for yourself how nice it really is.
