Why oh why has nobody published a book purely on shopping in cities.
I am due to go to Rome soon with a friend for a days manic shopping. It's very easy to find out about the Prada's, Gucci's etc., but where all all the little trendy boutiques. The shops that are not general high street but that are something a little bit different although affordable.
I think it would be a brilliant idea to publish a series of books for all major shopping cities listing all the shops so that when you arrive in town you already have your itinarary mapped out. Also a general price guide would be nice to actually know if its worth going to that city or whether London prices are the same.
If anyone knows a publisher who thinks this is a good idea, let me know!
