Advantages: Lot's to do and see, great nightlife, fine dining and wine tasting. Disadvantages: Can be expensive if not careful
...Luxembourg is the capital of the Grand Duchy. It is steeped in history with a rich, troubled past, but a future that has hope and optimism. There is a true sense of culture and the people of Luxembourg are very proud to live there. It has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, but not everyone speaks English so if you get lost it is a bit of a problem finding someone to ask the directions that understands you.
Luxembourg has a large mixture of different cultures more than 33% of the capital's population is of foreign origin. Luxembourg's motto is 'Mir wëlle bleiwe wat mir sin' which means "We want to remain what we are" this sums up the originality of Luxembourg.

*** Getting There

Advantages: Nice city centre, orderly Disadvantages: Ugly suburbs

There are a few ways to visit Luxembourg. You can walk through the city. It’s not very big, so you can see all if you are a trained pedestrian. You can also take one of the many “city trains”. These are little cars with open carriages. These trains bring you to the places that are worth seeing, like the grat bridges, the city wall and the castle of the duke....
