The room was big and clean and has everything you need in fact more than what you need really. People were very friendly and helpful which made us felt very welcome after very long flight. The location was very convenient but can be very busy as it right in the middle of the most busiest street of Bangkok. It can be very noisy and irritating for someone but i love all that envirment so i don't really complain. Food were good but nothing special. We will back to stay at this hotel again next time we visit thailand.
