I flew round the world with Star Alliance. With SIA whenever possible.
I went to the SIA desk at Heathrow. They entered all my route and said that the whole mileage (around 17,000 miles. I havent checked) had been credited.
I have just (7 months later) got their statement.
I have been credited with 6,000 miles.
This is the third time that I have been credited with much fewer miles than I flew, but this is the worst.
