I have flown on Singapore Airlines on numerous occasions esopecially on the shuttle service between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and to regional destinations such as Manila,Bandar Seri Bagawan and Hong Kong. I have flown four or five times to London on SIA. There is no serious doubt on my mind that this is other than a highly efficient airline. The ground service is efficient,their aircraft fleet is one of the most modern in the world, and their maintenance standards are reputed to be excellent.
In flight service is good,the cuisine and wines are good,the in flight magazine,Silver Kris,is a good read. What however is truly outstanding on this very popular Asian airline is their in flight entertainment system-its the best I have come across. There are news channels,English,Hindi and Japanese films,video games, humour channels, it really is something special.The duty free goodies carried on board are fairly extensive and there is a good selection of international newspapers and magazines to read during lengthy flights. The airline also dispenses some freebies such as a mini toothpaste and toothbrush set,postcards and packs of playing cards.

All in all Singapore Airlines is a good choice and most certainly is a highly efficient airline.
