Budget Holiday In Singapore

Advantages: Safe, A good public transport and accomodation
Disadvantages: the local people are not so friendly, it is very strict

Singapore is well known as the fine city in the world. It is located in South East Asia. Arriving in Changi Airport, you will be amazed by the arrangement and the cleanness inside. Yup, Of Course, you can not throw the rubbish anywhere you like. If you did it, I am sure an office will come across you and fine you. So be careful. If you are a shopaholic, I am very sure that you will like Singapore city. There are a lot huge Shopping center there. ...
...over limit. Orchad Road is the most well know area in Singapore. There are a lot huge shopping center, food point and hotel. However, if you go for budget holiday, I can suggest you not to shop at orchad shopping center. The price of the items, are a bit higher compare to the others shopping center, but of course you will get a very high quality of branded items there. It is really easy to get around in Singapore. They have a very good public transport. ...

My favourite place in Singapore.

Advantages: The colours, the temples, the shops.
Disadvantages: Very pushy shop owners

...If you leave Chinatown MRT station by (I think) exit A you walk into Pagoda Street, a street full of shops, restaurants, people and history. This street is where most of money went. The shops have some really good bargains and if you can ignore the constant attention of the sales assistants you should have a great time looking through all the different wares for sale. I bought a gorgeous cashmere shawl for £5 here which is probably my bargain of ...
...that really helps to bring Chinatown more to life. If you do go to Chinatown then make sure you visit the Chinatown Heritage Centre. It's very close to the MRT station and is located in three restored shophouses. It's a fascinating museum with fabulous reconstructions that really help to further your understanding of the area. At less than £3 to get in it really is good value for money. The exhibits are incredibly well-done so that even children ...

Singapore Orchard Road

Advantages: Clean, smart, everything works
Disadvantages: Strict, souless, unfriendly, not a place for bargain hunters

Orchard Road is the Oxford Street of Singapore. This is where you will find all the shopping mall and most of the popular departmental stores. The whole length of Orchard Road is approximately 1 km from end to end. The more popular places along Orchard Road are Takashimaya, Paragon, Tang's, Far East and a few smaller shopping malls. Shopping along Orchard Road is expensive. There are hardly any bargains to be found. Food from foodcourts is relatively ...
...Like most parts of Singapore, Orchard Road is very clean and neat. It is a souless place and very unfriendly. Unlike other cities around the world, Orchard Road in Singapore lacks colour, "vibrations" and fun. One gets the feeling that "big brother" is watching you all the time. Very strict and be very careful you do not drop any litters. One day is all you need to do all there is to do in Orchard Road. ...

24hrs Shoppig Mall,Cheap & Authentic North&South Indian foods

Advantages: Goods foods, cheap and clean hotel,24 hrs shooping mall
Disadvantages: Can be quite a crowd on Sunday

Little India is a must to visit. Cheap and convenience transportation will be the MRT(Train) juz like the subway station in UK. Pay less than $3(Sing dollars) for your transportation. There are 2 stations which you can alight, Farrer Park station or either Little India station. A 24 hrs shopping mall, "Mustafa Centre" which sell all kinds of products. You may want to get local souveniers there and even your electronic stuffs! It is cheap and even ...

Uniquely Singapore!

Advantages: Shopping, Cleanliness, Nice People
Disadvantages: HEAT!!!

...No trip is complete to Singapore without a look around the famous Raffles Hotel. Raffles Hotel opened in 1887 and is one of the last great 19th century hotels. Many famous people have stayed here and Singaporeans enjoy telling stories of the people who have graced the Raffles rooms. The hotel has been given a "face-lift" and the grandeur of it is impressive! It now houses, not only the hotel which are suite only rooms, but also 70 shops and restaurants. ...
...is the ONLY place in Singapore where you are allowed to litter!!! Each table has a large bowl of peanuts and the shells can be thrown on the floor! We were hungry, so we had Sunday brunch which was an amazing buffet of seafood and meats! The service was excellent and we never had to ask for anything as our needs were anticipated. Well, it is said that the second most popular activity in Singapore to eating was shopping. So, off we went to explore ...
