Miramar Singapore - Think again - appalling attitudes!

Disadvantages: Very dissappointed

We arrived at The Miramar at 23:00 on our way back to London from Australia. We had pre booked a room for two adults and one seven year old child. Upon arrival we were given a small double to sleep in. The manager was extremely unhelpful and nothing at all would be done without a charge regardless of the fact that our booking displayed our requirements clearly that a roll out bed was required for our son. Delighting guests every single day. Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

Advantages: Great location. Excellent service that isn't too Singaporean! New rooms with excellent features!

The tallest and one of the best

Advantages: Rooms are spacious, Shopping mall in the hotel, Taxi availability

The Swissotel The Stamford hotel in Singapore is the tallest hotel in South East Asia. There are over a 1000 rooms in the hotel. The amenities the hotel offers are quite good.
