Life Of Luxury if only for a Few Hours
Advantages: Life of Luxury Disadvantages: Expensive
...tell you we stayed at Raffles Hotel during our visit to Singapore but unfortunately that would be a big fat lie. For me to stay in the fantastic hotel would require a lottery win or other such windfall

Raffles dated back to 1887 and was named after the founder of Singapore Sir Stamford Raffles.The hotel was founded by four Armenian brothers called Sarkies. Miramar Singapore - Think again - appalling attitudes!
Advantages: None Disadvantages: Very dissappointed
We arrived at The Miramar at 23:00 on our way back to London from Australia. We had pre booked a room for two adults and one seven year old child. Upon arrival we were given a small double to sleep in. The manager was extremely unhelpful and nothing at all would be done without a charge regardless of the fact that our booking displayed our requirements clearly that a roll out bed was required for our son. The tallest and one of the best
Advantages: Rooms are spacious, Shopping mall in the hotel, Taxi availability Disadvantages: Check in takes too much time
The Swissotel The Stamford hotel in Singapore is the tallest hotel in South East Asia. There are over a 1000 rooms in the hotel. The amenities the hotel offers are quite good. The rooms are spacious and the view from the higher rooms are really amazing. One can either see the other skyscrapers in the city or the harbour from the higher rooms. The Pan Pacific Hotel is one if the finest hotels in Singapore. Three shopping malls are located in the vicinity of the hotel, including Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre. You will also take 20 minutes to arrive at the hotel from Changi Airport.
