Terrible, terrible, terrible. I booked a ticket through their website, after having been directed to their site via Liligo. After booking the ticket, I got the confirmation of reservation email, but then nothing after that, no e-ticket, no final booking number or anything. I tried in vain for 2 days to contact their customer service via email, as they don't have any service via phones, or indeed any phone numbers whatsoever. I received no answers or replies. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I stumbled upon them via skyscanner, the price seemed too cheap. And indeed after clicking on a link from skyscanner I ended up on skytours where the price was more expensive but still beating the competition by a good measure. So I proceeded to book the flight, my credit card was charged and I received 2 confirmation emails. I booked tickets for our family to go from Athens to Santorini. I was directed from one website to another (all under the sky-tours banner). When I received the email confirmation the Aegean Airlines tickets had booked in reverse (ie. start at Santorini and end up back at Santorini......then start swimming back to the mainland!). Anyway, their reply was 'tough luck', pay for another ticket (635 Euros!). I called Aegean Airlines and they said that Sky Tours should give you a refund and re-issue. I've searched plane tickets via some comparison website and it brought up sky-tours.com among other carriers as cheapest (THREE! times cheaper than the main carrier, which usually has cheapest prices anyway). I didn't believe my eyes and googled about sky-tours.com - read some negative reviews (and i did notice from the beginning that the company doesn't have phone contact number, which is odd!). So I decided that it is too risky to go ahead with sky-tours and i've booked tickets with main carrier. Just yesterday I used Skyscanner to search for some flights from Ireland to Canada, and of course, Sky-Tours came back as the cheapest option. After checking out their website, I went ahead and booked the flights, and received confirmation of my itinerary via email. After checking my bank account this morning, I noted that the transaction had gone ahead and the price of the flights had been deducted.
