Advantages: It generally is fun Disadvantages: it's popular so long que, nowhere to put bags, not good for wimps
...I was absolutely petrified by this ride. The que was really long and you could hear the people screaming just as you took off.
I don't advise to wear earings when on it because afterwards my ears were red. The part that holds you in kept bashing againt my earings.
You have nowhere to put your bag so I was gripping hold of it for life with my legs, petrified that it was going to fly off. It didn't luckily.
It's pretty dark and loud on the ride so I kept my eyes closed for most of it. If you are scared of the dark don't go on it. If you don't like loud noises don't go on it.
My boyfriend loved it but I'm a bit of a wimp. I wouldn't go on it again even thought it was fun....

Advantages: A different night out Disadvantages: Located in not a nice area
...Before I start if you are reading this thinking this is a good place to take you children during the holidays or weekends, then stop. This is an over 18 place due to have a licensed bar.
Fed up of the normal night out down the local pub and then the local night club? As I know I am, the music and the same people week in week out. So we had a Hen weekend and wanted a change from the normal and wanted to do something that was going to be a fun and stupid. Then someone came up with the idea of going to a roller disco. Well you only live once so why not, so last Friday we got are ourselves all dressed up in 80's gear and went to have a laugh.
You don't have to dress up, just something that is practical like shorts or jogging bottoms. Dressing up just adds to the fun spirit I felt. Though the only ones dressed up that I saw were...

Advantages: A Top night out with a bit of a difference Disadvantages: The drinks are expensive / Only on Thursday and Friday
...on the right hand side. You then follow the path round to Bagley's club. As we'd never been there before we didn't really know where we were going and there aren't any signs up saying 'Roller Disco this way' so we actually walked straight passed the gates and ended up having to ask a taxi driver where to go.
*Getting In*
The Roller Disco opens at 8pm and as we got there about half past, most people had already gone in so there was no queue. As you go in you get your bag checked by one of the many security guards. You then go and pay at a small kiosk before actually going into the building. You can also buy your tickets online at www.rollerdisco.info and find out a bit more about it too. And remember, this is a club so although roller disco may sound like a fun family event, it's not - no kids allowed!
