There's not a huge variety of types of thing, but there's a huge selection of tpye of meat. All the staple sorts of meat all at very good prices, there's a fancy sausage shop (or there was last time i was therer) and if you get there early enough there's a hell of a lot of carcass being wheeled around. Thats the meat London is eating today and it mings.
This isn't the sort of place for vegetarians, those queasy at the sight or smell of blood, or others of a sensitive persuasion. These things are usually easier if you grew up with them. If you want o buy bulk, want something as fresh as it gets - all that and a at a good price, tis is the place to buy meat.
