We booked into the hotel 1 day late after a 15 hour delay on our flight - The Helpline phone number was very helpfull and the room was held for us. We had a second floor room which, when we walked into it after no sleep and being put up in airline accomodation in Yichang we were in awe of the luxury this hotel provides. The rooms were stunning and very comfortable.
The room was on the same level as the roof of the entrance. After our first nights ... ...face. After calming down, we found a further 5 in the bedroom and 6 Crickets in the bathroom.
We were moved to a 12th floor room and were trouble free after that. We were granted 20% dicount off our stay and did not pay for the first night we were unable to stay.
If you are going to eat in the buffet restaurant do so early as they clear up very early and there is little left. The quality of the hotel is fantastic and very cheap for what you are ...
