We stayed here Sept 2005 for 1 week.the location was excellent 5-10mins walk to Kos town centre and about 5 mins to the main beach. our room was a studio and was very large compared to the other studios i've stayed in before. the room had a tv but only showed greek programmes although there was mtv as well. we had plenty of space for all our things and if we had wanted to, there was a large dining table as well. snack bar was very reasonable had a decent menu and food was prepared nice and quick and was always piping hot., pool was quite small definitley not for those who like a decent swim- i was ok as i use the pool to cool down in. bar closed every nt bout 1am regardless of how many people were around and all the lights were turned off as well so we were left in the dark on a couple of occasions with 1 or 2 drinks! bottle of mthos was 3 euro. were cheaper bars around bout 2.50 euro.bar was open plan but would pulldown side panels if they were showing a gane which meant that it got very hot there. recption was lovely and welcoming. and staff were friendly was expecting some more of the usual excellent service we ge tin greece but were slightly disappointed dont think we would book here again.

Sorry for the low rating. If you wanted higher ratings then you elaborate on the points you've already made. For example, what were the rooms like? My advice would be to read around other travel reviews and you'll see what you need to add for higher ratings.
