This company still uses the very old trains like run in the 80's or something and from inside them it looks like it. These trains are so bad and they ride dreadfully.
The new trains are better and have a more comfortable ride but they are hard to come by and can only be found on long distances.
The company needs a major overhaul fast, apart from the tracks being very rocky and the ride very bad the trains never seem to run on time even though they have a clear track ahead of them. I just wonder where all the money goes when we pay out so much money for a sevice.
South West Trains have to clean up there act and inside there trains if you ask me.
