SWT are a reasonably good rail company. Their staff seem to be quite polite and efficient, their trains are mostly new and I don't have too many complaints about their reliability. Their stations are also quite acceptable and they have a big network. Cleanliness is also pretty good.
But, why is it everytime I travel on a SWT train, the toilets NEVER work?
The new trains, with their fantastic air con, which is a godsend in the summer, are nice. However, they fail to provide one the basic requirements, especially on longer journeys - a working toilet. It has been a problem for a long time now, with them being constantly locked out. Why can't they get this problem sorted? It seems to me that they are doing nothing to resolve this, or if they are, it certainly isn't working.

I can't understand why you have focused on toilets so much - Your review is meant to be about South West Trains. Not the toilets. Maybe you should edit your review and make it more rounded.

Sorry for the low rating. It's a good start but if you wanted higher ratings then you need to say more. My advice would be to read around other reviews and you'll see what I mean. If you edit this in any way let me know via my guestbook and I'll happily re-read it for you.
