Fantastic Fuengirola Accomodation

Advantages: Far enough away from Spains night noise to relax
Disadvantages: none

...I say, been to this Hotel 4 times and had a great time on each occasion. The Hotel isn't strictly speaking in Fuengirola, its about 1 1/2 miles further along the coast in a much quieter area known as Torreblanca, which in itself no bad thing, as Fuengirola's nightlife can be quite loud to say the least. The Hotel is a very friendly place to stay, but probably suited to Families that either require a more relaxed holiday or just the slightly older ...
...three star rating, a sizeable Hotel consisting of 447 rooms which are in two separated blocks on either side of the complex, but joined via the dining area ,and club. There are 7 comfortable lifts, which access the 10 floors. One side of the complex is mainly for people who have chosen a meal and room option, and the other is for people self-catering or who are long stay holidays. The Rooms are very clean and spacious, and tastefully decorated, ...

Comfort at Confortel

Advantages: New, modern hotel, excellent service, very clean, few children, good facilities, very nice area
Disadvantages: Single beds pushed together to make a double bed

Confortel is a hotel chain with a number of hotels situated throughout Europe (www.confortelhoteles.com). Confortel Fuengirola ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Confortel Fuengirola is a 4 star hotel situated on the sea front in Fuengirola. From the outside it appears a very modern and well kept building having only been opened in January 2005. As soon as our travel operator's coach pulled up outside the hotel to drop us off a very friendly porter ...
...hotels from the outside, the Confortel certainly gave the appearance of being a much nicer hotel than the others. It was ideally situated in what we saw as the nicest part of Fuengirola and the service we received was second to none. It is very difficult to comment on price with regards to the hotel, as we booked through a travel operator (Thomas Cook), so our price also included air fares and their commission etc. Personally we felt our stay was ...

breathtaking views

Advantages: views, service, quality, atmosphere
Disadvantages: random spa opening times

Breathtaking view from our hotel room terrace! situated almost on the beach and just the right distance so not to be 'in the thick of it all'. this was almost the highlight of our holiday, i am not one whom likes to spend the duration of the holiday in my hotel, but in saying that this hotel does offer absolutey everything you could possibly want and whenever you require it! excellent relaxing surroundings to a high standard. good quality furnishings/decor ...

A MODERN AND EXCELLENT HOTEL NEXT TO A ROMAN CITY

Advantages: Excellently equipped and good service, close to the city.
Disadvantages: Lack of restaurant

...worth a visit. APARTHOTEL CIUDAD DE LUGO The hotel itself, I believe, is a modern hotel, established in 2004, and is situated approximately 50 yards outside the Roman wall. It is also situated approximately 5 minutes away from the nearby hospital and the university. The hotel has 39 outward facing rooms with combined sitting rooms, and kitchenette areas. The rooms, as do most hotel rooms these days, also have a television, telephone, internet ...
...The hotel has a cafeteria / snack bar, but no restaurant, although there are two restaurants nearby whereby the hotel has a special arrangement. ROOMS The hotel itself has various sized rooms to accommodate different sized parties. The room that we had was not the largest, but did have a kitchenette and sitting room and a bathroom. The kitchenette was very well equipped and spacious, with everything one could need for a sort stay. Items ...

2 STAR HOTEL THAT SHOULD BE FAR MORE

Advantages: Excellent value for money and extremely clean and tidy
Disadvantages: Slightly to far to be able to walk to city centre

...ones that had vacancies, the hotel rooms were very expensive. Luckily, one of the hotels recommended the Hotel Santa Lucia on the outskirts of the city. At first, we thought it would not be good as we didn’t really want to stay on the outskirts as we would have preferred one in the centre so that we could visit all the attractions on foot without having to rely on the car, but as we could not find anything central, we decided to go to the Hotel Santa ...
...hotel itself is found on the Santiago – Orense road, very close to another major road – the A9 La Coruna – Vigo. It is approximately 13 km from Santiago de Compostela Airport (roughly a 15 minute drive). * In reality, although it is situated on the outskirts of Santiago De Compostela, it is very close to the city, approximately 3 km away, and roughly 5 minutes travel in a car, but even this distance could make it too far to walk into the centre ...
