Our stay at the Tannenhof

Advantages: Family run, comfortable clean rooms, wi-fi available, car parking
Disadvantages: No lift, table sharing, average food

This hotel is a fair walk from the nearest lift station, and the ski bus stop seemed to be quite a walk from the hotel, as was St Anton centre. The walk back is quite steeply uphill - not practical in ski boots. Not many points for convenience, then! The staff/owners at the hotel were very attentive, and there was a wi-fi card available for a reasonable price but access was limited to the public rooms, i.e. not available in the room. ...table to make up a four, and single guests share to make up a pair. We hated this, and there was no choice, even though there was a nice space for expansion which was underused. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Car parking was available, and there was a fine sun terrace. NO LIFT! ...
