Advantages: kind people, wonderful places Disadvantages: too far from my home
...The first time I came in Edinburgh was 10 years ago. It was love at first sight. after 6years I decided to come back in SCotland, all alone to visiti it. It was a very important trip. My love for this place is an indescrvible thing. I like to walk in Prince's street, seeing the castle, e sitting down in a chair in the gardens. Stay there and to live this city. In totale I have been in Edinburgh 3 times. the first time I was guest at the Oxenford Castle (dalkeith Road); the second time I choose The Elder York guest house, close to the bus station; the third time I slept at the Ousbourne Hotel (150meters far from the bus station).
Edinburgh is a little place and u can visiti it making a walk. The Royal mile arrives at the Castle. From the castle you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city.
Don't forget to visit St. Gile's Cathedral...

Another wonderful castle is the one where the royal family resides when it's in Edinburgh.
Other things to see the Cathedral of St. Giles, monuments to Walter Scott
(one black construction a lot alarming) and Horace Nelson
(in a perfect neoclassical atmosphere).
You must try Guinness or Tennent's or Triple Diamond with fish' n Chips in pubs where bands play alive!
If you don't have too much money you can stay in hostels (there many of them) where it's possible to sleep without spending too much (approximately 12 pounds if the prices from then are not increased too much).
For whom it appreciate kebab (very spicy lamb mixed up with very spicy vegetables...
