Not a high Quality Hotel

Advantages: Great location, great breakfast
Disadvantages: Needs a refurb in bedroom areas - urgently!

Hello and welcome, to my review about the Quality Hotel in Brighton. About a month ago, my good friend Rory called me to put forward some ideas as to what we could do for his Birthday, after about 20 minutes in deep discussion and rampant surfing we decided that it would be a laugh to go to Brighton for the entire weekend to celebrate his birthday. Therefore first things first we needed somewhere to stay. A quick search on Google showed us a number of hotels in Brighton that were within our budget, one of them being the Quality Hotel, so the prices they gave us were within our budget so we went ahead with the booking. ---Location--- The location of the Hotel is superb; it is at the lower end of West Street. Review of Quality Hotel, Brighton

St Deny's, the clean hotel for my dirty weekend!

Advantages: Polite and helpful staff, clean hotel.
Disadvantages: Bed a bot on the small side for my husband.

After an incredible weekend away with my darling husband to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary, I have now decided to do my first and quite possibly my last hotel review! Our destination of choice for this excursion was to be a place new to us, so of course the hotel had to be in a prime location at a price we could afford?fortunately we seemed to fall on our feet so to speak on both of these points. Our destination, to be exact was York, and due to the sheer number of attractions available to us, we wanted a hotel reasonably central, or at least within walking distance of the few sights we wished to see. The Joy of Basel

Advantages: Great for travelling, friendly, easy to get around, clean
Disadvantages: Swiss German is impossible to understand unless you grew up with it!

! The city is famed for its many museums, almost 40 at last count, and boasts the world's first public art collection. A long and committed investment to art has furnished the city with delights like the Tinguely Fountains of Theaterplatz and a selection of Picasso masterpieces amongst others. Zolli, the local zoo, is a great afternoon out, and in the warm summer months the outdoor pools are a dream. The local area has much to offer as well, from the views of St. Chrischona towards the Alps to the extensive (and free) remains of the Roman settlement at Kaiseraugst. Perhaps the greatest asset of Basel it its location in Three Countries Corner, nestled between France and Germany on the tip of Switzerland.
