    INTRODUCTION On my first trip to Montreal some years ago, when I was being driven around the city by my friend, Monsieur Montreal, I noticed some sort of yellow delivery cars with a picture of a chicken with his finger raised in the air. They even had a small box on top of the car with this picture on. My first thought wasn't that chickens don't have fingers (in fact this has only just occurred to me) but what is that?
