St. Ives has been in the same family since 1983 and guests return year after year to enjoy the service and hospitality the hotel provides. First went to StIves with my girl friend in 1969, will go this year in September with the SAME Girl now my wife for our 36th Visit.
The first time, we had arrived by the little train that runs from St Erth (On lthe main line) to StIves, MAGIC. And we feel this is the best way to View StIves. Hopefully it is Sunny (Always seems to be) sit on the RIGHT side of the train facing direction of Travel and glue your nose to the Window, Watch the miles of golden sands at Lelant then StIVES will appear floating on a sea of Blue water as good or even better than all the Med Resorts of Italy and the South of France.
