I have been using Stagecoach buses for work for over 3 years now.
At first they used to be reliable.
The bus I used was the X43 to Manchester, I got off at Burnley Bus Station and had 15minutes left to get a coffee before work.

I buy a weekly rover which costs £8.50, this gets me to work and back for 7 days if I wanted .
I only use it for 5 days, but it's still good value.

The journey used to take about 1 hour, I used to take a good book or chat to friends which I have accumulated over the years on the bus.
When it got to the winter months, the bus didn't always turn up, or if it did it was 30 mins late .
Many a time I have had to get a taxi home which costs about £15 to my house.
My husband works shifts and can't always come and get me. Loads of times the bus has broken down.
I don't start work until 9am and don't get home until 7.10pm, I actually finish work at 5.30.
They have altered the bus times for me going home now.

I remember one occassion where we swapped buses at the depot, then went along the road and that conked out.
We had to wait again for another bus. Another time the bus driver drove straight into a bus shelter missing a few people.

Most of the drivers are miserable so and so's. I'm lucky if i get a grunt when I get off and say thankyou.

Since last year they have took the X43 off from my home town and there is still a bus straight to where I work but iam on it now for about 1hour 20.
All the top deck consists of College kids and most of the bottom consists of cheeky school children.
This makes everybody late and iam on the verge of getting sacked because of it.
They have decided to stop at every stop for about 10 miles, it's quicker going to Spain!!

I think they should put a bus on especially for the College and School kids as it's not really their fault we are all late.
They try and pack us all in like Sardines.

I have wrote to the bus company only twice in three years.
Last month I got a weeks bus pass free of charge to keep me quiet.
Apparently now they have been bought out by another bus company.
The buses they use are meant to be even older.
Some of the buses stink, they aren't cleaned regular, people smoke who shouldn't be doing.

I have tried to learn to drive but it scared me stiff.
My only option would be to set off to work three hours earlier, I'll have to find another job I think.

There I feel much better now I've had a whinge.
