This does get very busy but once you have a seat there is no feeling of being squeezed in, mostly due to the high high celings and massive old windows. It is just a pity ... more

This does get very busy but once you have a seat there is no feeling of being squeezed in, mostly due to the high high celings and massive old windows. It is just a pity that the quality of the chain is going downhill from when they first started, possibly due to bad training of staff. However is is still a good coffe shop compared to some of the others out there.
