Stars 'n Bars, Monte Carlo

comming to the South of France for twenty years and in all of the times i arrive i must get to Stars n Bars for my meal and indeed an evening out.
It is one of the best places i would say to anyone who should go to Monaco to go into and relax in the most uplifting atmosphere to be had.
the staff are wonderful and it is just my second home, if only i could work there would be my dream come true.
I found it alonf time ago and we are so glad we did, as it has just improved each and ever time we arrive.
The food is just wondeful, a menu you just cant decide on as everything on it is to be tasted.
it has wifi which makes it even better if one needs to get on line, and the events in the evening is well worth going.
The breakfast menu is great, and to sit outside and capture the sun is just pure heaven
