Let me just say ?wow?! I never expected for small hotel to go above and beyond like this Staybridge!
I normally book at 4 star hotels, but I was trying to conserve funds and thought I would try this out. The staff was so friendly and man behind the front desk was very impressive. The room was very spacious and the full kitchen was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, I asked and was told it was a Serta pillowtop mattress, and they were new. The breakfast was good- I had scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast and was only expecting muffins(which they also had.) Crazy to think I have been spending my money on high end hotels and I am missing out and could have been saving money on all my trips to Dallas. They also have a happy hour, which I was not able to use, but hopefully will return in the future and see what this is all about ...

The thing about Liverpool Football Club is not the brand, or the players, or the ground it's all about the people the crowd the atmosphere.
Passion for the club is like iv'e never witnessed elsewhere the tears i've seen grown men cry when you'll never walk alone is played.
To me Liverpool Football Club is not a club it's a religionand it's hard to explain unless you experience it yourself to hear the crowd pull the ball towards the goal and drive even the most average looking team to champions league glory.
If you have never been please take my advice and visit the famous club in the world ...

Advantages: An excellent museum dedicated to the Fab Four, suitable for all age groups Disadvantages: Some of the headsets are a bit dodgy (it was just mine) and some displays not working
This time during the month of Beatlemania, instead of just writing about the bands albums, films and death theories, I wanted to write about some of the ways in which Liverpool still celebrate the lives of their favourite sons (beside the football players!). Although Ringo made a few disparaging comments towards his hometown a year or two ago, the phrase ?everyone has to start somewhere? springs to mind and ? although I may be a little bias ? I would have to say that Liverpool is very much the land of opportunity compared to where I live!
