The Sternradio (which means StarRadio) is situated in the city center, near the Alexanderplatz and so very very easy to reach by public transport. You can see it on the citymap:

But it's a little bit hidden. So lets explain it: You have to go to the Tram Station "U Alexanderplatz" ("U-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz") (wich is NOT "S+U Alexanderplatz ("S- ... ...what the makers of the Sternradio say about their club:
"a continuos, authentic meetingpoint in the heart of our city, fitting perfect to the needs of nigthlifers and offering a serious, protecting cultural terrain. smart, small, cool and clubby, with a taste of neo-pop. virginary still, but not for long. check it out!"
