As clubs go in Birmingham, Stoody Bakers is amongst the best of them. Two rooms compose the make up of the club. The larger of the two-the main dance floor has a great deal to offer for everyone. With the attractive combination of fire-eaters, sexy podium dancers and a fantastic lighting system all mixed together with a pumping dance beat- there is plenty to occupy the clubber throughout the night. If you become tired later on in the evening, there is always the chill out room by the entrance to ease your aches and pains. I’ve generally found this room to be relaxed and friendly.
Despite the many benefits Stoody Bakers has to offer, I can understand why some people wouldn’t enjoy a night out there. The music can get very loud and repetitive, and when the club is busy; it is very uncomfortable. There is limited dance space owing to the rather large bar in the middle of the dance floor, and the drinks are on the whole rather expensive. Weekend and Thursday nights, tend to be the busiest nights of the week with entrance fees ranging from around 3-4 pounds. Overall, Stoodi Bakers is a good night out and I would recommend it to all.
