Buckatree Hall Hotel

Advantages: In a remote scenic area, lots of facilites
Disadvantages: slightly expensive but still worth it

Buckatree Hall Hotel - Telford Shropshire The hotel stated above is part of the Swallow Hotels chain, not like your average chain hotel this one is stunning my other half and I stayed there a couple of times going back after the first visit as we enjoyed it so much. It is a 2 star hotel but I believe it is well worth of more, it has 62 rooms catering for all needs and being very family friendly, they have single rooms, double rooms and family rooms and where possible will arrange and room to suit your individual needs. Buckatree Hall Hotel is situated just off the M54 in a remote location down a few back roads, it has a peaceful quiet surrounding area which puts you in the mood for your relaxing break away. There are several tourist attractions not far via car journey such as, Telford Shopping Centre, Park, Bowling Ally, Ice ...

Picturesque Windermere

Advantages: excellant value for money
Disadvantages: set on steep hill

signs displayed stating this is a no smoking hotel and on entrance there is no lingering smell of smoke at all. The conservatory has numerous displays of tourist leaflets, as well as magazines aplenty, three sets of very comfy conservatory sofas and chairs and an elegant chess board set out for guest?s enjoyment. The view is of the Fells and Lake Windermere from this room. From here, you walk through a door into the hallway, and reception is through another door to your left. It is a small reception, as it is situated in the bar area, where afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks can be served. Staff were friendly and polite, explaining that the table allocated for the evening meal that night, if we were staying, would be our allocated table throughout our stay. We were asked, again very politely, that whilst the Hillthwaite ...

Beautiful Location On The Shores Of Windermere

Advantages: Swimming Pool,Lovely Views,Excellent food
Disadvantages: Some of the rooms are getting a bit tired but they are working on this

Located in a beautiful spot on the shores of lake Windermere with large windows on the lake side overlooking it. I got married here and had a fantastic day the hotel really made it, not just with the views but the level of service was extremely good and everyone said that the food was the best they had had at a wedding before. The Wordsworth suite which we used as our honeymoon suite for a few nights is out of this world although isn,t cheap, you have your own private door to the pool, garden overlooking the lake with hot tub, massive bed, remote control curtains well worth it if you fancy treating yourselves. All in all The Beach Hill Hotel is well worth a look, its only a taxi ride away from Bowness but is nice if you want to stay in-house and dine and chill a bit, and I would highly recomend it as a wedding venue. ...
