...myself. Upon arrival at Stringfellows I was looked up and down by the bouncers - sorry, "doormen". I dont think they liked the look of me much. I could tell by the way my coat and shoes caused their lips to curl away from their teeth. ...all very nice decor inside Stringfellows - i mean its a kind of luxurious feeling, red velvety place, with thick carpets and opulent drapes and curtains hanging everywhere. Pretty barmaids and barmen serve you, Good looking waiting staff bring the food. There are upstairs and a downstairs sections, as i mentioned earlier . ...to relax. You walk into Stringfellows and you are greeted by the sight of two stages with three poles on them. You walk further into the club and you see men with ladies sitting on their laps and you wonder just how rich you have to be before the strict no touching rules exclude you. I'm female so I did actually command some attention going into a place like that. In fact, some guy thought I was a dancer. I don't want to come across as a defensive ...
...If the ladies do want to go however, there is no need to feel embarrassed. Stringfellows is really quite a posh place and that do not make their female patrons feel uneasy about being there. It really is quite a fantastic place and I can't say I didn't enjoy myself. ... Read review
