...Once you get over the initial excitement of economy-class long-haul plane travel - it all pretty much sucks.
However, some long-haul airlines suck less than others - Korean Air is one of these.
If you are going to be locked-up in a tin can for an obscene amount of time - the best you can hope for is that: you don't have to pay too much for the pleasure; the flight is as quick as possible; the trolley dollies / flight attendants are pleasant; and the safety videos are mildly erotic.
That's why I'll fly Korean Air again.

Advantages: Worked as advertised Disadvantages: Nothing worth talking of
...that we were left with the choices of flying into Seattle or Vancouver, and returning from Calgary or Edmonton. This would involve a one-way car hire, which we discovered, not unreasonably becomes much more difficult if one collects and drops the car in different countries. Therefore our entry port became Vancouver, returning through Calgary because the flights worked better with what we wanted to do.
During the initial search for flights, British Airways, Air Canada and American Airlines stood out as being the most keenly priced. As the plans became more developed, American dropped out of the reckoning when both flights were routed through Canada. British Airways did compete well with regard to frequency of flights, but lost out on price. So Air Canada it was then.
I had read quite a few reviews on Ciao, Tripadvisor and other such sites...

...Air France is the biggest and best-known French airline in the world. Owning many different aircraft including the Concorde, they offer a multitude of destinations from their main Paris Charles De Gaulle (CDG) base, as well as other airports in France.
The British airports served by this airline are Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London (City, Gatwick, Heathrow), Manchester, Newcastle and Southampton.
My main experiences of Air France have been on the Paris-Montpellier Méditerranée route, flight AF7682, which I will look at in detail now. With three or sometimes four flights daily to the southern coastal city of Montpellier, once on board you are glad you are not on the TGV. I find the journeys smooth and relaxing, due to some expert flying from the cockpit crew.

Having recently read a lot of great reviews of very expensive cosmetic products, I've taken a long hard look into my own make-up bag, pretty bare that it is. I don't tend to wear much make-up, and I certainly don't spend a great deal of money on it.... more
