The service is great, what an hospitality! We are from Holland and we never had experienced this kind of service. They will help you with al kind of things.
The location of the hotel is perfect. In walking distance of all major sights (blue mosque, Haghia Sophia, Topkapi Palais). And the train and tram is also nearby.
