Estella Hotel and Apartments Did NOT Disappoint!

Advantages: Excellent location, superb customer service levels and lovely rooms
Disadvantages: No real facilities for the disabled

deckchairs available, although being rather worried about sunburn we did not go out at the busier times which seemed to be between 11 and 2pm. We mostly went out after 3pm to avoid getting too much of the midday sun. The pool is very clean and there are parasols all around the pool in case you want to relax in the shade. The bar staff are happy to give your drinks in plastic glasses to drink by the pool for health and safety reasons. There is also an outside bar by the pool but this was not open when we were there but which I assume would be open later in summertime. The garden area by the pool and just outside the indoor restaurant is very pleasant to sit at and have a drink or meal in. Empire of the Sun

Advantages: Some excellent levels, Great musical score, Replay potential, Available cheap
Disadvantages: Some glitches, Graphics could have been more polished, Some poor levels

Electronic Arts must have reached the point by now where they feel that all they need to do to make a game a success is to stick the words "Medal of Honor" on the front cover. The Medal of Honor (MoH) series has been on the go for a number of years, and has produced a series of mostly successful World War 2 themed shooters across a variety of platforms, including one of my favourite PS2 games, Medal of Honor Frontline. It was the great enjoyment that I got from Frontline that has been encouraging me to try out other games in the series in the hope of finding something that catches my imagination as much. This particular instalment, Rising Sun, released in late 2003, is built along similar lines to Frontline and shares many of its good points - although it never seems quite as polished and well produced as Frontline did.
