Sunny Beach has seen as enormous rise in tourists as well as the even bigger rise in construction. Even though it has been praised for a cheap holiday destination ( three course meal for one is under 5 paunds), it is has become more like a 18-30 club for the last few summers. In order to enjoy your stress free and relaxing holiday make sure your hotel is not near a noisy restaurant or near of the the tens of clubs scatted all over the resort. In my opinion, family holidays with kids will be more enjoyable in neighboring St Vlas or Nesebar (new or old) even though the main activity is in Sunny Beach. A short 5 min ride from those resort to Sunny Beac is only about 3-4 paunds one way. For those seeking the active night life, Sunny Beach should be a dream come true.

Advantages: Cheap hoilday, not overcrowded, friendly people,fantastic food,beer 30p a pint,Not a 'tourist trap' Disadvantages: Street vendors harassing you, hygiene in toilets, quite a long journey, can be crowded at PEAK times
