With swissair's wide network of destinations and a first class hub in Zurich it is my second favourite airline. Having lived in Switzerland for some time, I tend to appreciate the attention to detail and quality which make all things swiss different. Quite simply I am not aware of any bad sides of Swissair if they exist. At all times when I was a passenger aboard Swissair flights, the service was excellent (I like announcements in all 4 languages of Switzerland!), food was of highest quality, and crew is of higher class than probably all of other airlines'. In one small country where swissair has an office and regular flights, the country manager meets each and every flight to welcome passengers and ask whether the journey was as pleasant as possible. Now this is attention to passengers!
