this hotel is actually very different from others i have been too. it is in a great position to easily reach the city and the Westend and also has great views over the river if you are on that side.
It has a lovely purple bar making it modern but also incredibly comfy, the outdoor area is small but very pretty and does get the sun in the afternoon easily making you forget you are in london.
the standard rooms arnt particulary large but it is not that much extra to upgrade. they are to a very high standard with gorgeous bathrooms and very well looked after. I think their brilliant idea for this year however is that they have introduced a ladies only wing - the rooms have full length mirrors, steam free mirrors in the bathrooms and other such things to make you feel more welcome. i think they have put a lot of though in to this and it make it a very good choice particularly for a lady business traveller.
the one problem we did have was with the call staff the phone lines arnt the best and it can take a while to get thorugh, however this is a minor problem.
