An experience I will never forget!

Advantages: Good fun
Disadvantages: Not suitable for everyone

Review of Preda-Bergün Toboggan Run

Take a step off the tourist trail in Switzerland

Advantages: Beautiful medieval city, relatively cheap, lots to do, excellent transport links
Disadvantages: none

...beautiful lakes and rivers around Fribourg, the Roman ruins at Avenches and the cheese factory at Gruyeres with very little effort! Geneva, Zurich, Montreux, Lausanne, Bern and Basel are all also easily accessible by train for longer day trips. Fribourg is a wonderful medieval/Renaissance city with a strong cultural and artistic heritage. Butterfly Paradise

Advantages: Inexpensive, open on a Sunday, lots to see, appeals to all age groups
Disadvantages: Uncomfortable on a hot day

Entering the dome was an amazing experience, the area has been laid out as a tropical garden with a rising and falling path winding its way through it.
