Martin Where?????

Advantages: Central to Sydney, Easy to get to
Disadvantages: Nothing really to do

Martin Place is easy to get to by bus or train and is in walking distance of everywhere in central Sydney. However there is not really anything to do. Its more of a business area than anything else.It is useful to know that most of the international embassy's are located here, just in case you get into trouble. It is a good place to work though, because you are near all the shops to do some retail therapy in your lunch break if you need to and it has the best food court in Sydney. And Then I Kneed Mr Big In The Balls…

Advantages: Interesting arrangement (man made for the Olympics), not too far to get to, or too expensive
Disadvantages: The trip you get depends on your raft leader and raft mates, over which you have little control

Review of Penrith White Water Rafting, Penrith

Fox Studios

Advantages: Lots of restaurants
Disadvantages: Lots of people

...go all the time to Fox Studios for dinner and a movie.. Bay Swiss has a store there, which sells their great homewares and also has a cafe with OK priced food and a good friendly atmosphere. There is also a pub (the fox and lion) which has an outdoor seating area, as well as an indoor area. There are around a dozen cafes, bars and restaurants. Right up the end of Fox Studios (on Bent Street, the main strip) are a few virtual rides, no doubt left ...
...In the area behind Fox has some studios that are used, but you cant get into that area, unsuprisingly its not open to the public! Cinemas are decent sized and quite big for Sydney so there is always something on there, and usually something you want to see! The cinema there is a Hoyts Cinema. Sydney's Star City buffet breakfasts a good bet

Advantages: Food was excellent, great city views and well-equipped gym
