TGI Fridays is in fact a glorified burger bar with extreme prices, relatively poor service and uncomfortable chairs! Having ventured out last month to the restaurant in Leicester Square I initially had to wait 45 minutes (an acceptable time seeing as we had not booked) at a crowded bar with a coke that had cost with so much ice in that there was barely any value per pound! The waitresses as trendy as they may have looked in their little hats plastic badges and cheap smiles to me only seemed rude, slightly obnoxious and were down right patronising - I mean how dare we not order a starter!!
The tablecloth or plastic sheet placed over the table was both sticky and shiny at the same time (a deadly combination) and the menu pages stuck together which didn't really make you want to think hygenic thoughts! The menu itself was relatively limited basically think of a standard pub menu and times the cost by three and your almost at TGI prices.

And following we also had a lovely little man who proceded to tell me magic tricks and made me a balloon daffy duck which definately made up for something - however it does not alter my personal opinion that as a restaraunt this is an over priced place right up with all the other rip off american bars that we see popping up and if your after value and quality this really isn't the best place to go!
Advantages: Atmospheric, good food, Large Portions & Value for Money Disadvantages: Can get extremely busy
blowing a tune on an orange road cone.
