I have shopped at TK Maxx for over 10 years now (well before they had a store in every town!) We even used to travel to our nearest city, Sheffield, to shop there. Over the past 10 years i have found that the quality of the clothes has declined sharply. When we first used to go you could pick up designer labels such as dolce and gabanna, armani and even channel and gucci quite easily. Now you are very lucky if you see any of these labels and the clothes are usually terrible. The general condition and quality of the clothes is also terrible and yet prices havent declined, the general concensus seems that they have risen!
Price Average but quality is poorer than average. There are better bargains to be had on the high street.
Quality Poor and declining
Decor Stark and bright.
Changing facilities Good - lots of mirrors. Can take in 6 items.
Location Good - usually out of town with large car parks
Returns policy Excellent - 28 days with a receipt, gift card without a receipt.
Overview Worth a browse but wouldnt reccommend buying too much from here. Hope they return to the quality shop they used to be.

Review of TK MAXX (Department Store)
Advantages: At the TK Maxx you can buy whatever you want as they virtually sell everthing, it can be your home away from home. Disadvantages: There are only a few around, however, more are being built.
