I went with my partner to TRH torrenova in Magaluf at the end of september 2011. I was slightly dubious as what the hotel was like from previous reviews that I have read. As I arrived we went to the front desk and began to check in. Straight away we was informed that we would need to rent out a deposit box which was 27Euro's for a week as the rooms are very unsafe and to keep the suitcases open or they will be slashed and all valubles to be kept out of the way.
