Accessible nightmarket shopping spree

Advantages: Accessible and everything cheap
Disadvantages: More of CD class

After having a day-long tour around Taiwan, we had fun shopping at night time. We went to Huashi Night Market, just near the Longshan Templen MRT station. Gratifying our urge for the midnight snack, we indulged ourselves in roasted cobs with teryaki sauce, tasted so good. We also tried the fried tofu which does not smells good but tasted good, esp putting spices on it. There are more finger foods like fried squid rings, skewers of chicken and mushrooms, ...
...famous snake meat restaurant but chickened out with views of dead and skinned snakes alongide it. It's full of diners, mostly tourists. But the most soothing of all is the cheap foot massage, really makes us feels good after a very tiring day tour. After that, we are ready again to go onrounds of stalls to buy cheaper clothes, hair accessories, and shoe wears. Lots of goodies to buy, and mind you, not old-fashioned or passe goodies. Does its job

Advantages: Erm, it's a major airport
Disadvantages: Read below

...several ways of getting to Taipei from the airport. Firstly, unless you get the bus, it will be expensive. The airport is around 45 minutes with good traffic oustide of taipei, and it's bus, hotel shuttle bus, or taxi to the city. Most big hotels have a shuttle bus, and this cost me around £10, which wasn't bad value I thought. A taxi will cost you three times this, so try and club together as it's expensive.
